salam,,,,nice to meet you..well,,i m really agree with your statement because the 1st reason is nowadays all the sector of working purpose do use english and most of the big company are related to other country. so that, english is important and they will more easily to them to comunicate with the company.
Besides that, as a student of course we will more get ready and focus to learn english to be better as addition to us to get a good occupation in our future life.
Asalamualaikum.. I agree but not utterly. My opinion on these topic is, the lack of working experience is the main reason that cause unemployment graduates.
Why don't we think for a few minutes, is there any job advertisement that we read that offer a job for a fresh graduates? No! This is because what employer want is an employee that knows how to do a work by hand, not just telling by mouth.
It's true that out education system have put into practice the 'INDUSTRIAL TRAINING' but for me, 5 or 6 months are still not enough.
So, what we have to do is, change the system. How? We change cogitation of employer by clarify that they can have all the quality on fresh graduates as well as they seen in well-grounded employee.

secondly, my opinion about English, this language nowadays very important in our daily life.
next, this is because this language make u easier to get job everyday.this future,nowadays in every company need someone or somebody can speak and fluence in english. beside that, when can many benefit by learn about english.
Such as, you can communicate with customer from overseas. Some customer from overseas can't speak our language and understand our culture.
therefore, we can train ourself with do a lot of exercise.
lastly, this is few example how to learn about English.
Good morning madam zu... Im agree with what madam said. Nowadays we can see many unemployment among graduates everywhere.English is the most important languange for now because we can find people using in every place such as at company,meeting,university and for job. There are many reasons to the lack of proficiency in english among graduates. The reason that support my answer is about interest,the lecture lack of experience,teaching method by teacher and lecturer.
First is interest. Most of the student are not interest in english because they thinking that english is hard to study and understand but they forgot that english is important for their future and in everyday life. The lack of interest in student make the student not good in english.
Secondly lack of experience for the lecturer. Nowadays we can find many new lecturer or teacher.I am not mean that the new lecturer is not good but the senior lecturer must show the proper way to the new lecturer to teach and the method of teaching. Because they are new so they don't have much of experience in teaching even they got do practical before.
Thirdly the teaching method.Some teachers or lecturers will be start bored to teach the class,its not because they are not in interest but the character of student make the teachers bored to teach them. The teacher of primary school must give interest to student by the way they teach them.

Assalamualaikum ma'am, i strongly believe that most of the graduated students didn't have any opportunity vacancy because of their English is not to a proper use in their daily life. This happen because of less confident in speaking to other person... As matter of fact, most of people especially student still give the same reason why they not good in English...it is because of of their low self-esteem... what I'm trying to emphasize is English play important role in our life... it helps us to communicate to each other, especially for foreigner who do not understand our proper language... last but not least, thanks to ma'am for giving me an opportunity of deliver my comment on this problem....

if you are studying english at school, college or university, remember that getting an 'A' grade in english is almost worthless, in term of communication, if you cannot speak the language. spoken english is used in the best carreers, the best universities, and is icreasing being used at job interviews, and same time start to use in daily life. i think unemployee nowadays have no confident to speak english in public.The causes are they seldomly use it and they did not get a support from friends,family and other. maybe employee have no problem to work at sub urban area where there is lack of using english but at city area they need to survive with major of them need to talk and work in english due to most of the client are not from malaysia.so we must to learn have to speak english for own future

I am strongly agree with the statement. Why? Try you think rationally about this statement. We have known that working industry nowadays put English skill language as the qualified for a worker to get a job. It is important to them to present their project, writing report and others. That’s why the number of unemployment among graduates increasing. The most important solution to solve this problem is parents must show a good example to their children in other to teach English and government must do something to decrease the amount of unemployment such as free English class for them.
I strongly agree with the statement. Nowadays, English is important to get the better job such as engineer, accountant, lawyer and others professional job. Some student did not realize how important to have a good communication and writing skill in English. They think they can survive to get the better job without having the skill in English. For me,there are many causes that make this problem occur and I totally agree with Mr.Kay opinion. In my opinion,this problem happen is because of the student behaviour.As you can see,many student like think negative when make their decision and they dont have any effort if they could not understand something.When they start learning english in their school,they feel boring and cannot accept the subject.And this make they start to think negative.They will continue to think english is hard and when they grow up,they also think just like the same way.They do not have any effort to improve their english and thay dont want to try it. I want to say that i agree with Firdaus's suggestion. Now we can see a few amount of student can speak english. It is because they do not use their free time to study english language. When an examination is around the corner,they will be confuse which part must they read. Last minute's study like this will make them 'blank' in their examination.

I strongly agree with mR KaY's comment about interest. Nowadays, there are many unemployment among graduates because of English. English is very important because it is used everywhere such as in industrial sector, goverment, meeting, presentations, and also in the toilet.
Why I think interest is the main problem? Interest is the main reason why most graduates could not get their jobs. This is because their mindset always think that English is hard to study and score but they forgot that English is very important nowadays survivals. That is why we have to learn it by our heart since in primary school. Do you agree with my idea?

Im not aggreed with the statement. SORRY. English is important, but it is not the real requirement for this employement thing. English just for communicating language. Only use in certain part while working. LACK of proficiency in English language doesnt meant we cannot get a job or something. Everything that matters now is the working skill of an individual. Doesnt meant that when we can speak English so well we can get a job easy teasy. There are still other aspect that we should see while employing someone. Every manager knows that. Beside working skill, confidence in speaking in front of a lot of people also important. If you are good in English but you dont have guts to talk to others, you're in big trouble. Where's your 'advantage'?(English) Put aside English talking, there are still other important skill that we have to learnt to get qualified. Plus+++,,, There are some other language that is important rather than English 'itself'. Mandarin, Spanish, we learnt these language for nothing if we didnt use them in daily life. Because many graduate not make a study on the courses that have a market value before choosing the direction you want to be taken when the subjects to continue the research center is high. assamualaikum. I'm absulutely agree with all opinion. English is important to secure a good job.We must take this advantanges before late. Many company need a workers thats can speak and write english language correctly. It's more better if we can speak more language's. I can easier to speak with difference language and culture. Beside that,the lack of working experience is the reason that cause unemployment graduates. Employer needed a realy experience worker. That can give a quality product to the company. I disagree because English is not the cause why many unemployment among graduates but it is because the economy and the graduates skills that become the main reason for them to find a job. Beside that, the graduates background are also important. If the graduates got so many discipline problem, there are no way anyone will take them work. If you have a bad discipline record, then go back to your village and work as farmer.
Nowaday english is an important language because in factory,measure equipment are all in english..we can easily communicate with other..All machine in factory used english language and it fuctual with english command..All material in the factory using english language that why all graduate must improve their english skill so that it can help them working at the factory soon.....

For my opinion,industries more important to english languages....Thats why students need to improved their english skill and also their communication skill...Because when we go for interview,the language that usually used is english and we need to answer in english...they will see our communicatin skill..

I think that proficiency in English language is not the main reason why our graduates are still unemployed.
First thing first, most employer nowadays are looking for employee that have experience in their field. That is the important thing that being stress up by employer in choosing employee and language is not one of the major things although in the application form it does ask for proficiency of language.
Not only that, our graduates are choosy for work and want a job that worth with their academic status. Some of them graduates with courses that I think nonsense for working field or too much graduates from the course, that makes our graduates hard to get job.
For me, lack of proficiency in English is not the main reason but the attitude of the graduates itself. Proficiency in English is just an advantage for students.
Assalamualaikum...Actually, English doesn’t become problem at all for the graduate, because English is just an international language, that we have use to communicate with other people. English is universal, it also an alternative language for all people around the world. We do learn English from 6 years old until now, so what is the matter of problem for ourselves, because we do know and learn English from beginning until now and English is not a new thing for us. The major problem that I think make the graduate be unemployment is because they lack of communication skill and other soft skill. Communication here is not focus on English actually, but the other language also, Malay language also sometime become a problem for some graduate because they don’t know how to communicate properly in Malay. If we working in overseas we do have to learn English very well, because English is the only language that can help we communicate with other people from different country and different culture. i'm agree with that statement because nowadays many industry choose their employee from their knowledge in English..whether they can speak very well in English or not..when they are in industry, they might be communicate with people in another country such as Japan, Spain, Australia and many more..if they can't speak in English, so how they want to communicate with you because English is the international language..at least if you can speak in Korea or Japan language and thay can also speak with you in that language..as in my view ,now many factory or firm do their interview in English..then,how can you get the job without the knowledge in English..view and see by youself this situation..

Whether communicate with my bos, chief in my part and other worker in English. In another situation, i must go to other company that have bussiness with my company to send the item that my company yield, they do their communicate in English with me..i do have their interview to get me in there and also they ask me a question in English. if you see from that situation belongs to me, do you think that English is not important to the fresh graduate..that's all from me..

the increasing number of unemployment among graduates is not a cause of the lack of proficiency in english language among they. but the cause of that problem is about the graduates. most of the graduates was unemployed because some of them too proud or arrogant about they qualified and think that a company need them but the real they needs a work not a company.

hye mdm zu.. what i try to say here is many unemployment from a graduate student because they always choose a higher level company but the required is not enough for their mark(cgpa)and for me if we are not good in english language or writing it cannot make u different or not better to get a job.And at least we have a basic for english learning that is better to get job and more important thing is we understand what someone said.For the last word is people start from learning to become a teacher.
assamualaikum madam.. my opinion is most of graduate student they feel learn english is so hard to practice.In antoher reason they feel shame to speak or write in english because they don't want to be laugh by their friend.Then when they think like that their spirit to learn english will drop, from this reason that will make their english be horrible.More company want their employmet can speak or write in english because their company is link to another country(overseas), if their employment can't explore in english how they got to settle a problem or date with another people.When they be like this most bog company can't take them to work with their company.And what i try to tell here is as a student we got to learn all things that can make our future successful if we feel it hard it will become harder.
I agree with the statement. In my opinion, many students don't liked english language because they think english is difficult to learn and a bored subject in studies. So, to improve english language, we have to do somethings that can influence students interest to study english. Somethings liked english clinic, english week or activities in class.

Salam… I agree with the statement. As we know that English is very important to us and become the first communication language in the world. Nowdays we can say that every company had use English for their communication language. So, only who the selected person can be able to work at that company where English communication skills is their common skills. English also was very important to get the professional jobs such as engineer,pilot,lawyer and others. For your information,the interview also held in English.So, who did not fully understand and poor in English wont be able pass the interview. I agree with that title of forum that you have wrote madam.But it is not the only reason why this problem occured.Not every company would demand that all its employees must have a good proficiency in english language.For example,the company that its origin from Japan more preferred that its employees excellent n proficiency in Japan language.But,the fact that is an english language is important too get a job its true.

Most of students IPTA and IPTS is majority only can write and read but only a few student can communicate in language English. So not impossible to their less interested on that language and consider it its has been quite difficult to be learned as that language regarded as foreign language, is not surprised lah they learn that language is owing to that subject compulsory .In my opinion,this is main the case many unemployed graduate especially group Malay because nowadays job market competition that violent and employer forced select candidates yg really m'punyai skill either physically or communicative skills. This is my experience is current interview in among industry in Kulim when anyone who can communicate language english fluently,chances for secure jobs were bright.
From the statement below,i can manage it into my writing...

This is a very real situation as most local grads complete their studies by mid-year and enter the workforce. There are mor job seekers each year, both fresh graduates and those with experiences. Is the ability to communicate in English language makes one an advantage to the employment market?
In the context of Malaysia, to major employment market is existed. It consist og the Government sector and the Private sector. Both sectors emphasizes on candidates should have the ability to speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English Language. The Government sector relaxes of English but made compulsory on Bahasa Malaysia whereas the Private Sector does otherwise. Lately, Mandarin has been included as part of the requirement to the Private Sectors. Especially the Chinese based company. This is merely discrimination.
I would say that in Malaysia context, having the ability of mastering the English language, is just another advantage securing for jobs and is not really a prime reason for the increasing numbers of unemploying among the graduates. It could be other reasons, like overproduce courses, standard and quality of teaching etc.

Today,English is very important in our daily after our mother language,Bahasa Malaysia.
because we need to communicate in English during job or study..
but today,the big problem among graduates is lack of proficiency in English.
i have a few way how to overcome this problem.
first,practise make prefect..if we make the work frequently.so,we can expert on that work..we look english as add math..
during spm,we need to make a thousand questions of add math to make we really expert in this subject.so,we also can do a same thing to the English subject..speaking,writting,listening and reading everyday..of course,we can expert in this subject.
second,take the foreigners which is still study in our college.all of the teachers and their classes can make an activity with the foreigners.all the students can talk and ask the questions.so,it will make the students speak and make the students confident to speak..

Now day all factory and any kind of job need English as their primer courses to get any places in factory. So student must pay attention with their study in English such as presentation , language , speaking and grammar. ReplyDeleteWhy don't we think for a few minutes, is there any job advertisement that we read that offer a job for a fresh graduates? No! This is because what employer want is an employee that knows how to do a work by hand, not just telling by mouth.
It's true that out education system have put into practice the 'INDUSTRIAL TRAINING' but for me, 5 or 6 months are still not enough.
So, what we have to do is, change the system. How? We change cogitation of employer by clarify that they can have all the quality on fresh graduates as well as they seen in well-grounded employee.

Such as, you can communicate with customer from overseas. Some customer from overseas can't speak our language and understand our culture.

The reason that support my answer is about interest,the lecture lack of experience,teaching method by teacher and lecturer.
First is interest. Most of the student are not interest in english because they thinking that english is hard to study and understand but they forgot that english is important for their future and in everyday life. The lack of interest in student make the student not good in english.
Secondly lack of experience for the lecturer.
Nowadays we can find many new lecturer or teacher.I am not mean that the new lecturer is not good but the senior lecturer must show the proper way to the new lecturer to teach and the method of teaching. Because they are new so they don't have much of experience in teaching even they got do practical before.
Thirdly the teaching method.Some teachers or lecturers will be start bored to teach the class,its not because they are not in interest but the character of student make the teachers bored to teach them. The teacher of primary school must give interest to student by the way they teach them.

The reason is that many students or graduates weak in this subject is they learn but they shamed or not confident to practical it or speaking with each other.

Some of my friends right now also can't speak english. so, i think the phrase above is quite right if we look at the malay students right now. The important of english in the world today cannot be denied.It is the world's most prominent language and spoken around the world.
Beside that,most universities would require a minimum entry requirement of english to secure an entry into their studies.Because of these reason,student can creates great opportunities for career advancement for foreign speakers.
We must throw away shame and not confident feeling for our goodness.Although,the grammar of our english speakings are not quite good,at least we try our best.
I also have a suggestion to all my friends that is,remember that english learning is a process and it does not happen overnight.Make learning it a habit.If you study each day for 10 minutes,englasi will be constantly in your head.We also must be patient with ourself.

For me,there are many causes that make this problem occur and I totally agree with Mr.Kay opinion.
In my opinion,this problem happen is because of the student behaviour.As you can see,many student like think negative when make their decision and they dont have any effort if they could not understand something.When they start learning english in their school,they feel boring and cannot accept the subject.And this make they start to think negative.They will continue to think english is hard and when they grow up,they also think just like the same way.They do not have any effort to improve their english and thay dont want to try it.

I strongly agree with mR KaY's comment about interest. Nowadays, there are many unemployment among graduates because of English. English is very important because it is used everywhere such as in industrial sector, goverment, meeting, presentations, and also in the toilet.
Why I think interest is the main problem? Interest is the main reason why most graduates could not get their jobs. This is because their mindset always think that English is hard to study and score but they forgot that English is very important nowadays survivals. That is why we have to learn it by our heart since in primary school. Do you agree with my idea?

Im not aggreed with the statement. SORRY. English is important, but it is not the real requirement for this employement thing. English just for communicating language. Only use in certain part while working. LACK of proficiency in English language doesnt meant we cannot get a job or something. Everything that matters now is the working skill of an individual. Doesnt meant that when we can speak English so well we can get a job easy teasy. There are still other aspect that we should see while employing someone. Every manager knows that. Beside working skill, confidence in speaking in front of a lot of people also important. If you are good in English but you dont have guts to talk to others, you're in big trouble. Where's your 'advantage'?(English) Put aside English talking, there are still other important skill that we have to learnt to get qualified.
Plus+++,,, There are some other language that is important rather than English 'itself'. Mandarin, Spanish, we learnt these language for nothing if we didnt use them in daily life. Lotta country somewhere in the Europe(dunno exact loct.) need people who are good in Spanish or Mandarin. So what else?? Learnt others, and you'll get employed for sure! :) I stil reading other's comment for this issue.. somes are saying English is interesting. They are lying obviously mam. I think that proficiency in English language is not the main reason why our graduates are still unemployed.
ReplyDeleteFirst thing first, most employer nowadays are looking for employee that have experience in their field. That is the important thing that being stress up by employer in choosing employee and language is not one of the major things although in the application form it does ask for proficiency of language.
Not only that, our graduates are choosy for work and want a job that worth with their academic status. Some of them graduates with courses that I think nonsense for working field or too much graduates from the course, that makes our graduates hard to get job.
For me, lack of proficiency in English is not the main reason but the attitude of the graduates itself. Proficiency in English is just an advantage for students.

English is universal, it also an alternative language for all people around the world. We do learn English from 6 years old until now, so what is the matter of problem for ourselves, because we do know and learn English from beginning until now and English is not a new thing for us. The major problem that I think make the graduate be unemployment is because they lack of communication skill and other soft skill. Communication here is not focus on English actually, but the other language also, Malay language also sometime become a problem for some graduate because they don’t know how to communicate properly in Malay. If we working in overseas we do have to learn English very well, because English is the only language that can help we communicate with other people from different country and different culture. For me, lack of communication skill is a major problem to unemployment, because communication skill we show who we are to the other person. Beside that communication is the only skill that will help us to convey some message or information to the other person. Actually the interview session that we had before we get any job is the only way for our employer to see our communication skill and we need to perform well during the interview session, because the way we communicate will help a lot in applying any post and it will show our own self.

Whether communicate with my bos, chief in my part and other worker in English. In another situation, i must go to other company that have bussiness with my company to send the item that my company yield, they do their communicate in English with me..i do have their interview to get me in there and also they ask me a question in English. if you see from that situation belongs to me, do you think that English is not important to the fresh graduate..that's all from me..

i not totally agree with this statement but its not mean that i disagree with that...
the increasing number of unemployment among graduates is not a cause of the lack of proficiency in english language among they. but the cause of that problem is about the graduates. most of the graduates was unemployed because some of them too proud or arrogant about they qualified and think that a company need them but the real they needs a work not a company.
but about the a lack of proficiency in english languages among graduates is the one of facts in problem of increasing number of unemployment among graduates. a lot of graduates not use they English communication skill because they didnt know how,where,when to practice that skill. this situation are happen because they prefer using Bahasa Melayu or first language in malaysia and this language is a daily uses of all people in malaysia. but the graduates dont know that englsh language is main language of our world today and it so importantly for graduates to advantage they skill in english communication for they country,life and they own future.

So not impossible to their less interested on that language and consider it its has been quite difficult to be learned as that language regarded as foreign language, is not surprised lah they learn that language is owing to that subject compulsory .In my opinion,this is main the case many unemployed graduate especially group Malay because nowadays job market competition that violent and employer forced select candidates yg really m'punyai skill either physically or communicative skills. This is a very real situation as most local grads complete their studies by mid-year and enter the workforce. There are mor job seekers each year, both fresh graduates and those with experiences. Is the ability to communicate in English language makes one an advantage to the employment market?
In the context of Malaysia, to major employment market is existed. It consist og the Government sector and the Private sector. Both sectors emphasizes on candidates should have the ability to speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English Language. The Government sector relaxes of English but made compulsory on Bahasa Malaysia whereas the Private Sector does otherwise. Lately, Mandarin has been included as part of the requirement to the Private Sectors. Especially the Chinese based company. This is merely discrimination.
I would say that in Malaysia context, having the ability of mastering the English language, is just another advantage securing for jobs and is not really a prime reason for the increasing numbers of unemploying among the graduates. It could be other reasons, like overproduce courses, standard and quality of teaching etc.

above show us that there are no impossibility about lack of english language when graduates want get their job..
but of course a problem come from themselves..

there is a reason why the increasing no.of unemployment related to the lack of proficiency in English..
the reasons is the communication during job.
today, most of the company want their worker influences in English.
so, it is easy to their worker to handle the job with the clients which are come from overseas.
because of the graduates less skill in English languages,so the company does not take them as worker in their company...
if the the worker able to communicate in English,it will give a maximum profit to the company because the influences in English is the important skill to the worker.
so,the graduates must influences in English to get the better job in the future..

It is because today,all the subjects are teaching in English.
so,if the graduates does not understand in English,howcome they will understand in their subjects during stdying.
so,it will make the employer trust that this worker does not have knowlegde in this sector..
so,howcome,they do the job if they do not have any knowledge.
because of the lack in English skill,the employer does not take a worker that have English problem..

ReplyDeleteToday,English is very important in our daily after our mother language,Bahasa Malaysia.
because we need to communicate in English during job or study..
but today,the big problem among graduates is lack of proficiency in English.
i have a few way how to overcome this problem.
first,practise make prefect..if we make the work frequently.so,we can expert on that work..we look english as add math..
during spm,we need to make a thousand questions of add math to make we really expert in this subject.so,we also can do a same thing to the English subject..speaking,writting,listening and reading everyday..of course,we can expert in this subject.
second,take the foreigners which is still study in our college.all of the teachers and their classes can make an activity with the foreigners.all the students can talk and ask the questions.so,it will make the students speak and make the students confident to speak..

to all my friend which disagree with this statement.i think u should think twice because all of you said that English does not important,there are something else that more important..
do you thing any job that we can get without trought English skill..
i think all of interview today in English.ok,we look at housemaid.i think must know a little bit about English.Imagine that your employer's children ask you something in English,what your respons for that question and you do not know how to speak in English..
i think most children speak in English with their parents..
you said that you will the job without English..what kind of job,guys...
do you want a common job but all of you study hard in your courses..

In my opinion, the increasing number of unemployment among graduate because of their language. This will cause they to be away behind from their ambition to be reality. Now day all factory and any kind of job need English as their primer courses to get any places in factory. So student must pay attention with their study in English such as presentation , language , speaking and grammar. The unemployment among graduate is inncreas because of they don’t take hard on English. If you all don’t mind, did you want to work as casher at super market? If you say so stop your study now. Don’t waste your money on study

The increasing number of unemployment among graduates is due to the lack of proficiency in English language.This is because some of the graduates cannot compete with other student when they go for the interview. They have same qualification with other student but what make they different is the level of their english. Nowadays there are a lot of company from other country in Malaysia.Not even a big company,a small company also and all this company has made english as a compulsory language in their company.They want their workers have a good level in english.So as a undergraduates we should increase our english level from now on so that we can compete when we had interview for a work after we graduates...thank you...

So, in my opinion, the main reason why there is an increasing number of unemployment because of their language communication.
Now, many big company who find a workers, their criteria is want the person who can deliver english very well and smooth. Usually , many graduates cannot speak very well because of their only speak english only in english class and after that they used malay language because easy in delivery and all malay people can understand it. Now on in a big agency or company some of them have a link with a company in other country so they want their workers have a good skill of communication so that it is easier for them to communicate with without having a problem..

its more difficult when they want to compete
with other undergraduates who have a high
level skill in communicate. undergraduates
who are ignore this skill, it will hard for

i strongly agree with the statement which is 'The increasing number of unemployment among graduates is due to the lack of proficiency in English language'.
reason why this problem happen among our graduates is because graduates that unemployment can not compete with others.
nowadays, almost every company at this country use english in interviews.
therefore graduates who are weaks in english will not be given the jobs offered by them.
english language now is the second language after bahasa but it is actually an international language. we often seeing people use english in diplomatic relations.
another reason because of the gm of the company are foreigners.
so they prefer selecting graduates who can speak and use english clearly.

Like those all of us know, lack of skill in language English become one graduate factor dropped out from job opportunities. In Malaysia master language, English nicely is one condition to seek work. What whom can we state here, many graduates no emphasize the matter, as such high alert necessitated by all graduates in Malaysia to try to the extent possible control this second language? Do not be afraid to use its where also, and most important upgrade command of the language English hugely read and communicates between one same other. I strongly agree with topic 'The increasing number of unemployment among graduates is due to the lack of proficiency in English language'.
I highly agreeable to that statement because if viewed by today, graduates from IPTA and IPTS many unemployed although they get approved excellent. This all may be caused weakness in speech and language learning English. English very important in day world this is because language English is global auxiliary language.World today, most jobs give priority to language speech and fluency English which good and launch. Therefore if we do not have the better English, the change to we got the better jobs will limited..

in my opinion, not all which work we apply fully use language English..this is because we use language English only when want apply for job...which became problem-oriented now,flippancy graduates too picky in choosing jobs in the fact is no equivalent by what they be..due to this,study smart!!!!!!!
