New day, new light

After reading a few of my frenz' blogs, I found it amazing that they shared about the things that are happening in their lives. I'm quite happy with it as this is where we can catch up with what's going on..at least I don't feel left out. It is amazing with what technology can do now, there is no bundaries; time and space. You not only can connect with your love ones but at the same time build new relationships.
Recently, my officemate has come up with her own blog. She shares her joy and sorrow in the blog. Even I read her blog and discover what she has been up to. As I enjoy and admire her work (with technology), I realize that, is this the end of face-to-face interaction??? I remember the time that we spend over coffee and update each other with stories of our lives... I really miss that.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for technology, even this blog was initially created to share and exchange ideas for educational purposes. This is where I update my students with teaching plan and assessment. It is indeed helpful as university life now is too hectic, if you ask me... They can post any comments and ideas pertaining their studies and I would see to it...as soon as possible...I try..really I tried...
With what's going on around me, I have decided to take this blog to a new level. This blog is going to be open to all, not only my students... to share ideas and opinions and even give suggestions on issues that happen around us...even as little as, what did you write on your FB wall today?
I really hope you will take this oppurtunity to voice out your mind... :-)
